Great people to work with. Replaced my converter within 3 days! Only thing that stopped it from being same day was the shipping. But they left me a temporary one for the two days it took for the new one to come in. He even took the time to walk me around the rv and show me what the dealer didnt! They did an amazing job fixing the leak we had in our fifth wheel. As a first time rv owner they helped to answer all our questions and did an amazing job! On a Saturday, Mel at Jay's RV Repair diagnosed our electrical overload/burnt 30A plug issue, directed us to the parts we would need, and performed the plug head replacement expertly, quickly, and at a reasonable price. He rescued us from a jam (heat wave plus heading out tomorrow), and I highly recommend this repair service!
